Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Notorious 95 Life!
Each order is custom-made just for you by our production partner, Printful, to ensure top quality and reduce waste.

Because every product is made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📩 Notorious.95@yahoo.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Once approved, we’ll process a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

2. Wrong Address

If you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we cannot guarantee a refund or free reshipment.
Orders returned to the sender due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at your expense.

3. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package appears lost or tracking hasn’t updated for more than 10 business days, contact us at Notorious.95@yahoo.com.
We’ll work with Printful and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. Exchanges

Since each product is custom printed, we do not offer size or color exchanges.
Please double-check the size chart and product details before placing your order.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or misprinted item.

  • Your order was lost in transit and not delivered.

  • The wrong product was shipped.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once approved.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size or buyer’s remorse

  • Worn or washed items

  • Sale or discounted items
